Heat-pressed at 200°C, sublimation ink turns into gas and bonds with polyester at the molecular level. The result: full-coverage prints that will not crack, fade, or peel for the life of the garment.
The classic. Plastisol and water-based inks pushed through hand-prepped screens. Built for cotton tees, hoodies, and bold graphic work where opacity and tactile feel matter.
Direct-to-film. The newest, most flexible print method in our shop. Multicolor designs printed on transfer film and heat-pressed onto any fabric. No screen setup, no MOQ on the print itself.
Multi-head computerized embroidery. Up to 12-color flat or 3D puff embroidery. The premium hand-feel and dimensional finish that makes a cap or polo feel like a $100 piece even at $25 cost.
Cut vinyl and silicone transfers heat-pressed onto finished garments. The go-to method for player names, jersey numbers, and durable team kit graphics.

Most of our jerseys combine sublimation with heat transfer for player names. Most of our hoodies use DTF for chest hits and embroidery for the back. We'll spec the right combo for your project.
