ZALI Industries is a custom sublimated apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We make performance, casual, and surf apparel for brands across the US, UK, EU, Australia, and the Middle East. We're a small operation by industry standards. That's the point.
I started ZALI because I wanted to build a manufacturing setup where communication is direct and the customer actually knows who is handling their order.
In this industry, a lot of brands deal with agents, traders, or people who pass the order from one place to another. That usually creates delays, confusion, and mistakes. I wanted ZALI to be different.
We are based in Sialkot, Pakistan, and today we are a team of around 30 people working across design, cutting, printing, stitching, packing, and quality control.
I personally stay involved in client communication, design approvals, production updates, and final checking. That is important to me because custom apparel is not just about making the garment. It is about understanding the brand, getting the details right, and keeping the customer updated throughout the process.
We are not trying to act like the biggest factory in the city. Our focus is on being reliable, easy to communicate with, and flexible enough to work with brands that need custom products made properly.

Most of the world's match-grade soccer balls, Olympic-spec hockey gear, and pro fightwear comes from Sialkot. The city has been making sporting goods for over a century, since the British Raj era. Three generations of stitchers, cutters, and printers have grown up in this trade.
