Common questions.

Honest answers to the questions we get most often. If yours isn't covered, drop us a message — we'll add it to this page if it's a good one.

01 Minimum Order

How much do you need to commit to, and what flexibility do we offer for smaller brands.

Standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design for most categories. For team uniforms (jersey + shorts) we accept 25 pieces, and for embroidery-only orders we go as low as 25. We can occasionally run smaller jobs for repeat clients, ask us if you have a special case.

Yes for sizes — split your 50-piece MOQ across XS to 3XL however you want. For colors and prints, the MOQ applies per color/design unless we're using DTF (which has no per-print MOQ). For sublimation, each unique print pattern needs to hit MOQ on its own.

Heat transfer customization on existing stock garments has no MOQ — useful for adding player names and numbers to team kits. DTF on supplied blank garments also has no per-design MOQ. Our pre-printed stock items (the rashguard B2C purchase, for example) can be bought as a single piece.

Recommended approach: order the sample pack first, then run a small bulk at 50 pieces of one core SKU. If the market responds, scale up on a second order. Cost per piece comes down significantly past 100, but the 50-piece bulk is the most efficient way to test without stretching your inventory.

02 Lead Time

How long things actually take — from first message to door delivery.

Average end-to-end is 21-28 days for most bulk orders to US/UK destinations. That includes 2-3 days for sample shipping, 7-10 days for sample production, 10-18 days for bulk production after sample approval, and 5-8 days for air freight. Larger orders (500+ pieces) and complex multi-print styles can extend this by 5-10 days.

Sometimes. For smaller orders (50-100 pieces) we can shave 5-7 days off standard lead time at a 15-25% rush surcharge if our production calendar allows. Best to ask early — the more lead time we have, the easier it is to fit you in. Larger orders are harder to rush because of fabric procurement timelines.

From the moment you approve your sample and the deposit clears. We don't start the bulk clock from the day of inquiry, because design back-and-forth and sampling can vary widely depending on how complete your initial brief was. Once you sign off on the sample though, we hold ourselves strictly to the quoted bulk timeline.

Sea freight is usually only viable on orders of 1000+ pieces. It typically adds 25-40 days versus air freight. We handle the booking, customs paperwork, and consolidation — you just need to receive on the other end. Most brands use air for first orders and switch to sea once they're scaling repeat orders.

03 Pricing & Payment

How we quote, how you pay, and what's included.

Per-piece pricing depends on three things: fabric (GSM and composition), construction complexity (number of panels, seams, trims), and quantity. Pricing drops at higher MOQs. We send a clear line-item quote so there are no hidden costs. Reach out with your specifics and we'll come back with exact numbers.

Fabric, sublimation print, cut, sew, finish, basic polybag packaging, and woven neck label. Optional add-ons priced separately: hangtags, retail boxes, specialty labels, custom packaging, expedited shipping. The quote will list these as add-ons.

Bank wire (preferred for bulk), Wise, or credit card via invoice link. Standard terms are 50% deposit before production starts, 50% before shipping. For repeat clients we offer net 30 terms after the third successful order. We also work with PayPal for sample pack orders.

No. The quote we send is the all-in number — fabric, printing, construction, finishing, and the agreed shipping method. The only thing not included unless specified is import duties (which is why we recommend DDP shipping where we prepay duties on your behalf and bake it into the shipping cost).

Yes. After your first successful order, all repeat orders of the same SKU get a discount, depending on volume. We also lock in pricing for 12 months on confirmed repeat orders, so you don't have to renegotiate every time fabric costs move.

04 Samples

How sampling works, what's refundable, and why we insist on it.

Because mistakes are easier to fix on one piece than 500. Sampling lets us catch fit issues, color mismatches, fabric weight concerns, and construction details before they cost you anything serious. We've never had a client regret sampling, but we've had plenty regret skipping it. So we insist.

Samples are priced by category. DDP shipping is included. The sample pack (with swatches + one finished garment) is a flat $100 including DDP shipping. All sample fees are 100% refunded against your first bulk order over 50 pieces. All sample fees are 100% refunded against your first bulk order over 50 pieces.

Absolutely. The first round of revisions is free if they're minor (fit tweaks, print color adjustments). Major changes (different fabric, different cut) count as a new sample at the regular fee. We send digital mockups before producing the revised sample so you can confirm before we cut.

Photos to us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it at no cost. We've shipped thousands of samples without issues, but mistakes happen and we own them when they do.

05 Customization

What we can change, and what we can't, on a custom build.

Pretty much everything. Print pattern (full sublimation), colors, fabric, cut and pattern, sleeve length, neckline, hem style, trim, woven labels, hangtags, polybag printing, retail packaging. If you can spec it, we can probably build it. Send us your tech pack or sketch and we'll come back with what we can and can't do.

Both. Most clients start by modifying one of our existing cuts (faster, cheaper, less risk). For brands with strong design DNA we'll build patterns from scratch from your tech pack or even a single reference garment. Pattern development adds 7-14 days to first sample but the pattern is yours to keep.

Yes. We'll sign your NDA, or use our standard mutual NDA if you don't have one. Your designs, tech packs, and brand info stay confidential and never appear in our portfolio without explicit permission.

Yes. Most of our clients don't have full tech packs. A few reference photos, a sketch, and a description of how you want the piece to fit and feel is enough for us to start. We'll do the technical pattern work in-house and confirm with you at sample stage.

Yes. You don't have to use ours. If you have your own grade rules, spec sheet, or size chart from another factory, send it over and we'll cut and grade to your exact measurements. We'll integrate your spec into the tech pack, sample to it, and lock it for production. Most experienced brands prefer this so they can keep size consistency across multiple factories.

Generally we'd advise against it because we can't guarantee the print quality on fabric we haven't tested. But if you have a specific fabric requirement (eco-certified, special weave, branded fabric), send us a swatch and we'll test sublimation on it before recommending. We can usually source comparable fabrics in-country at lower cost.

06 Shipping & Delivery

How we ship, where we ship, and who pays for what.

Worldwide. Most-shipped destinations are USA (especially California and the Pacific Northwest), UK, Germany, France, Australia, UAE, Canada, and the Nordics. We also ship to Pacific islands, the Caribbean, Africa, and South America regularly.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means we prepay all import duties and taxes on your behalf, baked into the shipping cost. The result: your goods arrive at your door without you having to deal with customs forms or pay surprise duty bills. We strongly recommend DDP for first-time importers — it's worth the small premium.

Yes. We prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any other export paperwork required. For DDP shipments, we also handle import customs clearance through our courier partners. You don't lift a finger.

Open the carton at delivery, count the pieces, photograph anything damaged. Email us within 7 days. We'll either remake the damaged pieces and ship them at no cost, or credit your next order, your choice. We've had a defect rate below 2% historically and we resolve issues quickly.

07 General

Stuff that didn't fit anywhere else.

No. We don't list on Alibaba or similar marketplaces. Direct relationships are how we work. Find us through our website, Instagram, referral, or trade show, and you'll always be talking to the founder or a senior team member, not a sales agent on a quota.

Yes, with prior arrangement. We love showing brands around and most visitors come away with a much better understanding of what's possible. We'll arrange a driver from Lahore or Islamabad airport, recommend hotels, and walk you through every part of the production floor.

Almost everything we do is white-label or private-label. Your brand on the woven neck label, your hangtag, your polybag, your retail packaging. We don't put our own labels on client garments unless explicitly asked.

We're working on it honestly. We offer eco-certified fabrics (recycled polyester from PET bottles, organic cotton blends, OEKO-TEX certified options), use water-based inks where possible, and minimize fabric waste through digital pattern nesting. We're not perfect, and we'd rather be honest about that than greenwash. Happy to discuss specific sustainability goals on your project.
